Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all purchases, website usage, delivery conditions, warranties and policies provided by Millano Bathrooms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not continue using the website or place an order.
Use of This Website
This website is provided for personal shopping and information purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its functionality, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. All product imagery, listings and information displayed are owned by Millano Bathrooms or suppliers and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
Product Information & Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, colours, finishes and grain patterns (stone, timber and ceramic) may vary in person. Some variations may occur between batches or suppliers. Measurements and dimensions should be verified before installation.
Pricing, Promotions & Errors
All pricing is shown in AUD and includes GST unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing applies only during the advertised period and cannot be backdated. In the event of a pricing, listing or typographical error, Millano Bathrooms reserves the right to correct the price or cancel the order with a full refund before dispatch.
Order Processing & Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. Some products may be sourced directly from suppliers or made-to-order. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and offered a refund or alternative product before shipping.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet packed or shipped. Custom-made, special-order, non-stocked and bespoke items cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If your order has already been dispatched, you must follow the returns process once the goods are received.
Delivery, Risk & Inspection on Arrival
Risk passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the address provided. All deliveries must be inspected within 24–48 hours. Packaging must be retained for inspection or freight claims. Any concealed freight damage must be reported immediately with photographs.
Click & Collect / Warehouse Pickup Terms
If you choose to collect goods from our warehouse or a partner supplier location, you must inspect the product before leaving the premises. Once collected and accepted, transport or handling damage cannot be claimed. Proof of ID or order number may be required at pickup.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Do not install the item before a claim assessment is completed. Installation of a damaged product is considered acceptance and may void replacement eligibility. Claims must include photos of both product and packaging.
Change of Mind Returns
Eligible products can be returned within 30 days if unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be authorised before shipping goods back. Refunds are processed once the product is inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom-made items, special orders, vanities, mirrors, shaving cabinets, stone or acrylic baths, concrete or specialty basins, non-stocked finishes, stone and timber slabs, bidets, and clearance or final sale items.
Warranty & Limitations
Warranties cover manufacturing faults only and do not include labour, plumbing or installation costs. Warranty eligibility is determined by the manufacturer or supplier. Misuse, incorrect installation or lack of maintenance may void your warranty.
Commercial & Trade Orders
Commercial or bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Lead times, pallet requirements and site delivery conditions may vary depending on quantity.
Liability & Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by NSW law, Millano Bathrooms is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including installation or labour costs. Customers are responsible for confirming suitability before purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including imagery, trademarks, product data and written material is the property of Millano Bathrooms or its suppliers and may not be reused, reproduced or republished without written permission.
Governing Law (NSW & ACL)
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights under consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
Policy Updates
Millano Bathrooms may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
