Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders will be ready in 1-2 business days for pick up or shipping. Some bulky or specialty items may take 3-4 business days.

Shipping Costs

Freight is calculated at checkout. Additional delivery fees may apply for remote or hard-access locations. A re-delivery fee will apply if no one is available to receive the goods at the arranged delivery time.

Free Delivery (Under 20kg)

Orders over $150 and under 20kg qualify for free delivery to most Australian metro areas. Remote locations may incur a surcharge. Free delivery does not apply to bulky or palletised freight.

Sydney Metro Deliveries

Bulky deliveries are ground-floor only and must be accepted in person. Access limitations (stairs, steep driveways, apartments) require the customer to provide assistance on-site. Delivery windows are between 11am–5pm.

Rural & Interstate Deliveries

Bulky items are delivered on pallets to driveway or kerbside only. Pallet unloading assistance may be required. Delivery to local depots may apply for remote postcodes.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you request ATL, you accept all responsibility for loss, theft or damage once the courier confirms delivery.

Delivery Acceptance & Inspection

All deliveries are insured. You must inspect goods within 24–48 hours and report any damage immediately with photos. Claims reported outside this timeframe may be rejected.

Redelivery Fees

If delivery cannot be completed due to no one on-site or access restrictions, a redelivery fee will apply. Heavy items may require additional labour provided by the customer.

Click & Collect

Pickup is available by appointment once goods are ready. Inspection must occur at collection. Risk transfers to the customer once goods leave the warehouse.

Stock & Availability

Some products may be sourced from suppliers after purchase. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and offered a refund, alternative item, or revised lead time.

Payment Before Dispatch

Full payment is required before delivery or pickup. The name on the credit card must match the name on the order.
